How to check video player status

We use Wistia as our video hosting provider. If you experience issues with video playback, and weren't able to fix it by clearing your cache, feel free to check their status at the Wistia Status Page. 

Here you'll see if any of their applications are down. If all applications are operational on their website we recommend checking out the other articles in order to troubleshoot your problem or contacting us at support@plomastermind.com
