What is your refund policy?

For our Black Friday 2024 offer for yearly memberships, we are offering a 15-day 95% money-back guarantee. A refund voids the lifetime access to all Black Friday bonuses. Refund requests should be done via support@plomastermind.com, will be processed within 24 hours, and will take 5-10 days to appear on your account. There are no refunds for payments made in cryptocurrency.


In general, we have a no refund policy for PLO Mastermind memberships, for new or existing members.


For monthly subscriptions, the customer has the duty of care to ensure that if they do not want to renew their membership, it is cancelled in time. Renewal payments are non-refundable. 


For yearly memberships, for new members, unless otherwise noted in a promotion, a partial refund (minus fees and then pro-rated) may be given during the first 15 days, at our discretion.


Other one-time purchase Products may or may not have refund. Please consult the terms in the FAQ under specific product descriptions. Digital files and downloadables purchases are non-refundable, due to the nature of the product.
