Canceling your subscription

If you are on a monthly membership subscription and would like to cancel your subscription, so that you are not charged anymore, please follow these simple steps:

1. Sign in to the PLO Mastermind Website.

2. Click on your user profile menu in the top right-hand corner.

3. Go to Billing > Subscriptions.

4. Once in your Subscriptions tab, click on Cancel (to the right side)

5. Confirm your cancelation.

After canceling your subscription, you will still retain access for the remainder period of the membership. For example, you join the monthly membership on Jun 15, then cancel subscription on Sep 5. You still have access to the membership until Sep 15 (for the previous Aug 15 - Sep 15).

Note: 6-month and 12-month memberships do not renew automatically, so there is no need (or option) to cancel them. They will expire at the end of the active period, and you will not be charged anymore unless you actively sign up again.
