I got a "failed transaction" message or error.

If you receive a failed payment error message when attempting to sign up with a credit or debit card, please make sure all the card's details (including zip code) are correct, and you have the sufficient funds.

If details are correct, then what's most likely is the card's issuing bank has declined the payment. Retries may or may not succeed. If not, the best way to overcome the issue is to contact your bank and asking they allow the charge.
